The software has been released as open source. 

If you want to unlock all the features of the software there are two options: 

1. if you want to run the earlier 3.1.4 version, please go to the following menu File-->Register and then in the Name: field put "Open Registration" and for Key: "248890010702"

2. the newest version without need for registration is available from
http://www.xtrkcad.org/. Follow the link in the right hand box to the Download area.
